TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MESOCORE MODULAR HOMES' TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, FOR ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE.

These contractors are independent of Mesocore Modular Homes. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mesocore Modular Homes and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
