Permits & Zoning in florida
ADU rules vary by county and municipality. Miami-Dade and Broward enforce HVHZ hurricane standards, while coastal Panhandle cities apply strict wind-load and flood requirements. Mesocore manages all permitting, stamped drawings, structural calcs, and HOA packets, so your ADU is approved quickly and correctly.
Most traditional lenders — banks and credit unions — will finance your ADU project as a home improvement loan.
To make financing easier, Mesocore also partners with Ocean Capital, our preferred lender, who offers programs designed specifically for ADU projects.
Whether you choose your own bank or Ocean Capital, Mesocore helps guide you through the process.
