Mesocore was founded by Joe Esposito — a New York State licensed architect, entrepreneur, and housing innovator with a decades-long track record of transforming how we build.
Before launching Mesocore, Joe co-founded Four Seasons Solar Products, growing it into one of North America’s largest manufacturers of prefabricated sunrooms and glass enclosures. What began as a modest greenhouse business became a global brand that delivered over 200,000 prefabricated units.
Under Joe’s architectural leadership, Four Seasons scaled into an enterprise so robust it was acquired in 2001 by a British publicly traded firm—a testament to the company’s operational strength and market impact. Today, Joe’s background as both a licensed architect and a proven manufacturer uniquely positions Mesocore at the intersection of thoughtful design and scalable production.
