What is Mesocore?
Mesocore is a modular house system that utilizes a hybrid construction system using a steel ‘core’ or chassis produced in our Florida factory along with all the home’s electric, solar, and plumbing. It is delivered to the building site as a 20’ container, which remains, and provides exceptional structural strength.
Mesocore currently offers two sized models:
Model E - ADU
Mesocore Model E is a 405 sq foot permanent ADU or smaller modular home. It includes a kitchen, sleeping, living room area and full bath. And can be built in 3 weeks.

Model A
Mesocore Model A, is a 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath, one story modular home, to be built on a slab on grade. A permanent home, IBC approved and registered in the Florida DBPR modular home program, with wind rating of 180 mph in HVHZ zones. With a foot-print of 45 by 26 feet it can be oriented either broadside or narrow side to fit on most building lots.
Model A meets all IBC building codes, tested and evaluated by Intertek, our third-party quality control agency.
