A permanent house, IBC approved and registered in the Florida DBPR modular home program, with wind rating of 180 mph in HVHZ zones. With a footprint of 45 by 26 feet it can be oriented wither broadside or narrow side to fit on most building lots.

Mesocore Model E is built on 8 concrete piers, with an overall size of 18 by 24 feet, and is offered as a single family one bedroom design with 1.5 baths, ideally suited as an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) or for those who need additional living space or a home office. This home can operate off-grid generating solar power and harvesting rainwater. It is also offered as a side-by-side duplex, with separate entrances and full bath and kitchen for each unit. Will be available late 2023.
