There are multiple components to the overall price of a Mesocore Home

• The fixed price of the Mesocore Modular build package you choose

• Cost to construct the house on your land, which would include, permitting, site work, foundation, construction labor, finishing, painting, landscaping and hardscape if required, this cost varies from job to job as every job site is a bit different, and this cost would be quoted by local builder

• And your cost of land, if you do not already have

• As no two job sites are the same; not including land, the average ‘all in’ price to complete a Model A on your site is in the range of $225,000-$275,000

Below is the starting price for a Model A

Model A with 2K solar - $143,000.00

Solar power system - (4) 400-watt PV panels, 3kW inverter, (1) Lithium-ion battery

All wiring and disconnects - $10,000.00

Integrated Rainwater collection system - Included

Delivery (south Florida) and crane placement onto prepared foundation - $3,000.00

Initial partial on-site assembly build out by Mesocore technicians - $8,000.00
Includes-

• Set sills, affixing house to permanent foundation, on-site training.

• Erect patented exterior SIP wall panel system.

• This work may be contracted by Mesocore to qualified general contractor.

We Supply a Mesocore Modular Model A House per construction documents including: 

Core with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room and mechanical room -- factory built, main bath includes 5’ fiberglass bath tub/shower, toilet, vanity with countertop, sink and faucet; 2nd bath with shower, toilet, vanity countertop, sink and faucet; kitchen with counter top, base and wall cabinets, pantry, matching island with countertop and drawers, dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel work sink, with disposal and faucet, hook-ups for electric range, refrigerator/freezer with ice (range and refrigerator not included); laundry room with fiberglass laundry sink, hook-up (washer/dryer not included) for condensate stacked or combo washer/dryer. LED lighting in all spaces; mechanical room with electric load center, instant hot water heater, water filtration, and UV purification with pressure pump, solar back-up battery storage, inverter charger.

All the above installed in factory.

Other items supplied and pre-fabricated by Mesocore, to be installed on site include:

Exterior patented wall and window system, including structural steel tubular framing and stucco-flex premium exterior wall finishing system; 8 hurricane impact, egress approved, insulated Low E glass, aluminum windows size 42” x 74” single hung; two exterior 36 x 80” composite impact doors, one with full glass lite. Perimeter fascia and peak projection over entry door. Six 300-watt solar PV panels, three PTAC ac/heat-pump units. Structural roof framing including engineered wood I-beams and LVL lumber, connectors and fasteners. Zip system wood roof deck. Roofing is a seamless membrane system with reflective silicone top coat with Florida and NFS (suitable for potable water) approval, R30 batt insulation. Cistern cover consisting of structural support for solar PV panels and solar pre-heat hot water system. Interior partitions for three wardrobe closets and doors for 2- or 3-bedroom layout, and all interior and exterior trim and molding.

What is NOT included and would be supplied by local builder of house:

Gypsum board ceiling throughout house, interior paint, finished floor. Oven /range, refrigerator- freezer, condensate washer-dryer not included. Site plan development, permit and other fees, grading, foundation, driveway, patio, landscaping and other required items are generally done by the project builder or general contractor, at the owners cost.
