The floor plan is fixed by design — and that's intentional. A standardized layout means faster permitting, consistent quality, and a price we can guarantee. You use the space however works for you.

"Can it be larger than 420 sq ft?"

The Model E is engineered to 420 sq ft. If you need more space over time, the Expandable Core is designed exactly for that — future expansion without starting from scratch.

"I've seen similar structures for $30–65k online."

Most low-cost kit structures aren't built to U.S. residential codes and can't be legally permitted as living spaces in most jurisdictions. The Model E meets IRC and FBC standards — designed to be fully permitted, not just assembled.
